Circa 1997… Right Where We Wanted To Be
Past results do not guarantee future success! (see Buffalo News review from 1997)
Back to the basement... New ideas. Time to retool.
As time passed we not only felt good about the material, but also had the good fortune to meet Carl Cino
(guitar player). As good as it was, it wasn't enough, Turning Virtue takes a dirt nap due to burn out.
At the Moment… Right Where We Want To Be
Soul searching, friendship, and the need to create have brought us back together and we've crafted a set of
songs that represent Turning Virtue… Now
First we enlisted our all-time favorite drummer Mark Zonder (ex Fates Warning current Warlord) and all we
can say is Wow!
After finishing the recording at MFB studio we brought on arguably the finest mixing engineer in the world in
Tim Palmer (Porcupine Tree, Pearl Jam, U2, Robert Plant, David Bowie).
Finally the CD was mastered by another great - Andy VanDette (Steven Wilson, Porcupine Tree, Rush,
Dream Theater, Fates Warning).
The result: A Temporary Human Experience. 9 songs. 47 minutes of rock music infused with progressive
elements. The album has a definite immediacy but also has incredible depth that will be enticing for those
who seek more.
This is Turning Virtue... Pure. Honest. Authentic music.
